Items purchased from Vintage Purls can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase so long as it is returned to us in unopened, unused, resaleable condition.
If we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item will will arrange for return and cover the cost of postage. Returns for other reasons require the customer to fund the cost of return.
Items bought via auction listings are not returnable, these sales are final.
We do our best to accurately depict the colour of our yarns but do please be aware that varying computer monitors can display colour differently. If you are unhappy with the colour of a yarn after you have purchased it please contact us within 14 days of purchase to arrange to return it for a refund of the yarn cost. Please be aware that we cannot refund postage charges in these circumstances.
In addition to the protection afforded to New Zealanders under the Consumer Guarantees Act, the products we stock are supported by manufacturer’s warranties. If you have a faulty product, please get in touch and we’ll help you address any warranty claim that might be appropriate.
