This sock features a smooth and well fitting heel, there are no stitches to pick up. The striking lace is just 4 rows long, easy to remember but dramatic in effect.

Named after the nymph Daphne who was transformed into a Laurel tree, this sock has delicate, leaf-like lace panels up the front and rear of the leg.

Materials:

1 skein of Vintage Purls Sock yarn

2.50mm needles (or size required to get gauge).

Gauge:

36 stitches and 48 rows on 10cm (4") over stocking stitch.
